Terms & Conditions

It looks crazy but it’s pretty simple…here are the basics!

Terms & Conditions

Always the Good Girl LLC is the official website of author Shayne McClendon. ATGG provides a place where readers can enjoy information about my books, read short stories posted here, and receive articles about love, life, and relationships.

ATGG frequently links to my Amazon pages, social media, and to my non-fiction writing [LoveandLiveFearlessly.com]. Any and all links are your choice to click…I won’t show up at your house to ask why you haven’t followed me on Instagram.

Account Creation

In order to partake of the full benefits of being a Shayne McClendon reader, you may be asked to join my newsletter. My email service provider is Aweber and you are required to provide your name and email address.

You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own.

I do everything I can to protect this site from unauthorized access. Nevertheless, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure and I cannot guarantee that I will not be hacked or otherwise compromised (no one can and that's the truth).

Use of the Site

Readers should be 18 years or older to access this website. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using ATGG. While I was a “mature” young person myself, I cannot be responsible for what you might be reading if it goes against parental guidelines in your home.

I encourage parents and guardians to monitor and participate in their children's online activities. This Site is not designed for children. If you are a minor, please secure the permission and guidance of your parents or guardian before using this Site.

No Bullying!

You shall not post or transmit any comments, images, or material which violates or infringes on the rights of others. You may not behave in a threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, or profane way.

I reserve the right to block and remove any person who does not adhere to this basic rule of being an adult with manners.

Intellectual Property

All content provided on Always the Good Girl is the intellectual property of Shayne McClendon, et al. The content of this site is protected by United States trademark, trade dress, and copyright law.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content on my website.

In other words…don’t steal my stuff. Super simple.

This whole thing is here for the sticklers so I hope it’s satisfactory!

Much love,

There are a lot of ideas here, and there are also a lot of suggestions for tools, websites, and advice on reading, publishing, writing, self-help, and personal development. Some of the links to these tools and websites are regular links. And some of these links are links that, if you click them and purchase, I might get a commission in exchange.

The foregoing applies even if ATGG has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law.
